Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1100 Aluminum Coil, with a thickness of 0.12–0.25mm, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (99.0% minimum aluminum, with trace amounts of iron, silicon, and copper) in O-temper or H14 temper, featuring a surface insulation coating for cable shielding tape. It offers excellent formability (elongation ~10-15%), good corrosion resistance, and low strength (tensile strength ~110-160 MPa). The insulation coating enhances electrical shielding and prevents galvanic corrosion, making it ideal for protecting cables from electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its lightweight nature (density ~2.70 g/cm³) reduces cable weight, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable manufacturing. The thin gauge and coil format enable efficient production for telecommunications and power cables.
