Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 3105 aluminum strip, with a thickness range of 0.8–1.5mm and a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) double coating, is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-manganese alloy (aluminum 97.0–98.0%, manganese 0.3–0.8%, magnesium 0.2–0.8%, trace iron, silicon, copper) in H14 or H24 temper, designed for exterior wall cladding. This alloy offers moderate strength (tensile strength ~150–200 MPa), excellent corrosion resistance, and good formability (elongation ~8–15%). The PVDF double coating, applied in two layers, provides superior weather resistance, UV protection, and a lifespan of 25–30 years with customizable RAL colors for aesthetic versatility.
